Hoshin certification requirements
Certification is awarded on completion of key deliverables and passing a final exam, not for attending.
Through exercises, case studies and the Hoshin Simulation Game, you practice building and running a Hoshin deployment: the plan, the X-Matrix, the catchball and the reviews.
If you hold a continuous improvement or operational excellence certification, this strategic credential builds on it, enabling you to connect improvement work to strategy.
Note: We can also provide additional coaching through your own implementation (available upon request) to help you get there.
Earned by completing the program
Finish the course, submit four graded assignments and pass the final exam.
Coaching and feedback (online)
1:1 or group coaching supports your 4 key assignments (70%) and final exam (30%)
Builds on your existing credentials
